Pink Paradise
A softly tropical cocktail where strawberry and coconut meet fresh lime.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Espero Coconut
- 30 ml strawberry purée
- 25 ml fresh lime juice
- 30 ml pineapple juice
Preparation
Shake all ingredients thoroughly with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
Recommended serve
Rocks glass, crushed ice, half a strawberry and coconut chips.
