Golden Ginger
A refreshing combination of orange peel, warming rum and spicy ginger.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Espero Orange
- 20 ml fresh lime juice
- 120 ml dry ginger beer
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters (optional)
Preparation
Pour liqueur and lime juice into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with chilled ginger beer and stir gently.
Recommended serve
Highball glass, large ice cubes, orange slice and a thin slice of ginger.
