Passion Banana Sour
Vibrant passion fruit balances banana sweetness and highlights the rum character.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Espero Banana
- 25 ml unsweetened passion fruit purée
- 25 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml white rum
- 15 ml pasteurised egg white (optional)
Preparation
If using egg white, dry-shake all ingredients first. Add ice, shake vigorously again and fine-strain into a chilled glass. Without egg white, simply shake with ice.
Recommended serve
Chilled coupe without ice, half a passion fruit or dried banana.
