Caribbean Coffee Martini
A rum-led take on a coffee classic, with intense espresso and a velvety crema.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Espero Coffee
- 30 ml fresh espresso, cooled
- 25 ml white rum
Preparation
Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice to create a fine coffee foam. Double-strain into a chilled glass.
Recommended serve
Coupe or cocktail glass, no ice, three coffee beans.
