Cocoa Mint Old Fashioned
An elegant chocolate-rum short drink with a subtle mint finish, inspired by the After Eight pairing.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Espero Cocoa
- 20 ml aged unsweetened rum
- 2 dashes chocolate bitters
- 1 dash mint bitters
Preparation
Combine ingredients and ice in a mixing glass. Stir for 15–20 seconds until chilled and diluted, then strain over one large ice cube in a tumbler. Alternatively, build and stir in the glass.
Recommended serve
Rocks tumbler, one large ice cube, orange zest and a small mint sprig.
